If you’ve ever tried to scale a cloud marketplace or co-sell motion across a fast-growing sales organization, you’ve likely run into a familiar set of challenges: How do you move fast without losing control? How do you automate without introducing risk? And how do you ensure governance without slowing down your team?

These are the questions that have been top of mind for us at Clazar over the past year. Particularly because our goal has always been to make cloud marketplaces and co-sell as scalable, reliable, and enterprise-grade as any traditional sales motion.

We’ve worked closely with some of the most forward-thinking RevOps, SalesOps, and GTM leaders out there. And what they’ve told us, time and again, is clear: scaling marketplace revenue requires more than just slick UI. It requires infrastructure, integration, visibility, guardrails, and cross-functional compliance.

That’s exactly what we’ve been building.

In this post, I want to walk you through a series of powerful, enterprise-ready features we’ve recently launched at Clazar. Each one is designed to remove friction, without compromising on compliance or scalability.

Let’s dive in.

1. Automate anything with Clazar’s Workato connector

A modern GTM strategy is only as effective as its workflows. And those workflows often span dozens of tools—CRMs, billing platforms, entitlement systems, Slack, and more.

To make Clazar a seamless part of your broader RevOps stack, we launched our Workato Connector.

This lets you:

  • Use Clazar events as triggers in your existing Workato recipes

  • Push data between Clazar and other systems in real-time

  • Create end-to-end workflows with minimal setup

For example, you can now:

  • Trigger a co-sell sync when a deal reaches a certain stage

  • Automatically alert finance when a transaction is processed

  • Sync buyer metadata downstream to provisioning or billing tools

The best part is that you get deep automation without needing to build or maintain it all in-house. Just plug into the systems you already use, and go.

2. Get access control right with SCIM-based provisioning

In enterprise software, there are few things more fundamental than controlling who has access to what. Especially when you’re dealing with marketplace deals, co-sell data, and sensitive buyer information.

That’s why we launched SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) support for Clazar.

Now, when a new teammate joins your organization and is added to your identity provider—say, Okta or Azure AD—Clazar automatically provisions access based on their role. No manual invites. No first-login dependencies.

Just as important: when someone leaves your company or changes roles, they’re de-provisioned in real-time. This dramatically reduces the risk of lingering access and keeps you compliant with internal controls.

And because this works hand-in-hand with our role-based access control (RBAC), every user gets just the right permissions, whether they’re in RevOps, Sales, Finance, or Engineering.

In short,  you get security and peace of mind all built for scale.

3. Bring structure to scale with CRM access controls

As cloud marketplace and co-sell become core revenue channels, you can’t afford a one-size-fits-all approach to user access. Sellers need speed. Deal desk needs structure. Security teams need control.

Our Enhanced CRM Access Controls help you meet all three needs without compromise.

With this update, you can:

  • Restrict certain users to accessing Clazar only through your CRM, like Salesforce or HubSpot

  • Map users to specific accounts, ensuring they only see what they own

  • Grant view-only access to stakeholders who need visibility without editing rights

This isn’t just an IT feature, it’s an operational win. It means faster onboarding, cleaner workflows, and tighter control over sensitive data. No more toggling permissions manually while ensuring there’s no more blanket access either.

You get agility and governance working in lockstep.

4. Move fast, stay compliant: Validation rules for private offers

One of the most exciting shifts we’ve seen is the ability for sales teams to create marketplace offers directly from Salesforce. It’s a game-changer for speed, but it also introduces the need for quick compliance and deal hygiene mechanisms.

That’s where Validation Rules come in.

With this feature, you can enforce internal policies before an offer ever reaches your deal desk or finance team. For example, you can:

  • Prevent offer creation if the deal amount is below a certain threshold

  • Require a close date before submission

  • Mandate specific fields based on region or product line

  • Block submissions that don’t meet your compliance criteria

This eliminates ambiguity for sellers and removes unnecessary back-and-forth. And for compliance and RevOps teams, it drastically reduces manual reviews and the risk of bad data slipping through.

Put simply, this is how you scale with confidence.

5. Gain full visibility with email logs

Marketplace deals rely on a series of well-timed, cross-functional communications—both internal and external. If something falls through the cracks, it can stall momentum, confuse your team, or worse, frustrate the buyer.

To help teams stay aligned and accountable, we’ve introduced Email Logs in Clazar.

You can now track every email sent from Clazar, along with full context. That includes:

  • Lifecycle emails tied to private offers (like buyer acceptance or publishing confirmations)

  • Notifications triggered by automation recipes

  • CRM syncs, onboarding flows, and internal alerts

Need to confirm if the acceptance email went out to your buyer? Want to check who was notified about a new listing? Now you can without guesswork or hunting for the right communication from a pile.

It’s one more way we’re making marketplace GTM just as auditable and dependable as any traditional sales process.

Enterprise-ready, from the ground up

These aren’t just isolated features, but a part of a broader vision. At Clazar, we believe the cloud marketplace and co-sell motion can be as powerful and predictable as any other revenue channel. But to get there, you need more than just access. You need infrastructure that’s built for scale, trust, and executional excellence.

That’s what we’re building—feature by feature, brick by brick. If you’re already scaling through marketplaces, or looking to double down this year, we’d love to show you how Clazar can help you get there faster and safer.

“Cloud providers qualify your solution before listing you on their marketplaces so your buyers don't have to. So, you always carry a stamp of approval from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud in front of your buyers just by being listed. That ultimately translates into better buyer conviction at the decision-making phase.”
